Take one capsule three times daily with a large glass of water or freshly squeezed orange juice

THERAPEUTIC
Take three capsules immediately after a meal, three times daily with a large glass of water or freshly squeezed orange juice followed by a spoonful of pure organic honey

SEVERE
Use the Vida-Life powder for larger doses

For people allergic to black seed or chamomile, it may cause skin rashes, upset stomach, constipation, or vomiting.
